Due to the nature of consumable products, Tea Health does not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind. This policy ensures the highest standards of hygiene, safety and quality for all customers.
We encourage you to review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about a blend, ingredients or suitability, we are always happy to assist prior to ordering.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you have received the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue promptly, include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the outer packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we will assess the claim and where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund with 14 business days.
Delivery Issues
Tea Health is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or for parcels that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered. If you experience delivery issues, please contact Australia Post directly using your tracking number. We will do our best to assist where possible.
