3. Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where product availability is limited or pricing errors occur.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Tea Health currently ships within Australia only.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on Australia Post and seasonal demand.
Once an order has been dispatched, Tea Health is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
5. Subscriptions
By purchasing a subscription, you authorise Tea Health to charge your selected payment method at your chosen delivery frequency until cancelled.
Subscriptions may be paused, modified or cancelled at any time prior to the next billing cycle via your account portal.
It is the customer’s responsibility to manage their subscription before the next billing date. Charges processed before cancellation requests cannot be refunded once fulfilled.
Tea Health reserves the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable notice.
6. Returns & Consumer Guarantees
Due to the nature of consumable products, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.
However, if a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may be entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs so we can assess and assist promptly.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Allergies & Personal Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists prior to purchase and consumption.
Tea Health is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from failure to review ingredients or from misuse of products.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Tea Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products or website.
Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted under Australian Consumer Law.
